While we make a reasonable effort to provide you with accurate content and because all information is relayed as submitted by the Providers, we cannot guarantee, represent, or warrant, either explicitly or implicitly, the accuracy of any information regarding professional qualifications, expertise, work quality, price or cost information, insurance, or any other content made available through the services. We will never be held responsible for any choices you make or actions you take as a result of reading such content. No one listed or available through the services is endorsed or recommended by us in any way. While reservations can be made through our website, we are unable to guarantee the availability of the specific provider or account cancellations.

You expressly agree to abide by the payment conditions of any third-party suppliers whose money we collect on their behalf. We will include any inclusive taxes as appropriate. At this time, digital wallets, Fawry, and credit and debit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. You recognise that you are liable for any sums wedded to your account and undertake to make all such payments on time. 3.2.5.2. The appointment for which the user had paid the provider was cancelled or the provider failed to appear;
4.1 You are required to abide by these Terms, any policies mentioned on the Site, and any laws, rules, licences, and restrictions that Platform Technologies has approved.
5.1 You are hereby granted limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and make normal use of the Services, Content, and items on the Site, subject to these Terms. Without the express written consent of the relevant third party, you are not allowed to use any of their intellectual property.
5.2 Aside from what is clearly stated in these Terms, Platform Technologies will continue to be the owner of all intellectual property rights, and you are not permitted to acquire any rights therein through these Terms or any other means. Customers of Platform Technologies can earn and redeem Platform Technologies points with each purchase they make at the pharmacy through the loyalty programme Platform Technologies Care, which offers incentives to Platform Technologies customers.
When a customer's order is successfully delivered by Platform Technologies Pharmacy, points are applied to their account.
Customers can choose Platform Technologies Points as a payment method at the pharmacy checkout when placing an order to redeem their points.
By accessing the loyalty profile after logging into your account on the Platform Technologies mobile app, you may examine your loyalty points and transactions.
After the order's delivery date, the order points are valid for 12 months.
With the Platform Technologies Care Programme, you can accrue a minimum of 1 point for each EGP you spend.

Any account that uses unethical methods to acquire points may have its access to Platform Technologies suspended.
Any disagreement resulting from the execution of some or all of the terms of this agreement may be reviewed by the Egyptian courts.
17.1 Terms and Conditions for Platform Technologies Move and Earn with every purchase made on the pharmacy, Platform Technologies clients can earn and redeem Platform Technologies points as part of the programme Platform Technologies Move & Earn.
After getting the user's permission to use his smartphone to track his steps, points are added to the customer's account.
Every 5000 steps monitored every day will earn the user 600 points; however, the points lose their value after 30 days.
Customers can choose Platform Technologies Points as a payment method at the pharmacy checkout when placing an order to redeem their points.
By logging into your account on the Platform Technologies mobile app and visiting your profile, you may view your points.
Please be aware that Platform Technologies points cannot be used to pay for orders that have a discount code or insurance applied.
Only 20% of the order's value may be redeemed using points.
Users are not permitted to ask for any kind of compensation should this programme be stopped by Platform Technologies, which has the right to do so in its sole discretion at any moment after alerting users.

The updating of your payment in Platform Technologies's records may take longer than expected due to the way transactions are processed by external banking websites.
Credit card transactions are safe.
Payfort will handle the payment processing immediately.
• When sent over the Internet, credit card numbers are highly encrypted for security.
Your payment card information is not stored in any way by Platform Technologies.
Confirmation:
• If your payment was successful, you will get a confirmation notice.
• You will be informed if your payment is unsuccessful. Because Platform Technologies won't know the reason a payment failed, you should get information from your credit card company.

Refund:
• The refund process must be completed in a reasonable amount of time, but banks may cause delays.
